The timeless benefits of grapeseed oil

grapeseed essential oil

You can say that Grapeseed Oil certainly has endured the test of time. Grapeseed Oil has not only existed for over 6000 years; it actually is referred to in the Old Testament as an ingredient in Pulse, a dish the prophet Daniel liked eating for health purposes. Over the years, European healers used it to treat eye and many skin diseases and a range of health and digestive disorders.

Today, Grapeseed Oil continues to enjoy widespread use, most notably in skincare products, because it is rich in vitamin E and antioxidants that ward off free radicals that lead to skin aging.  Grapeseed Oil locks in moisture, so it makes the skin feel more supple and smooth.  And since it has quick absorption, it doesn’t leave a greasy residue, making it ideal for moisturizer and massage products. Grapeseed Oil can be used on all skin types, including sensitive skin that often reacts to other kinds of oils.

You’ll find Grapeseed Essential Oil in the following BIOTONE Products.
