When using this product

  • Use only as directed
  • Do not bandage tightly
  • Avoid contact with eyes or mucus membranes
  • Do not use with a heating pad
  • Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin

Stop and as a doctor if

  • Skin redness or excessive inflammation develops
  • Condition worsens
  • Symptoms persist longer than 7 days or clear up and return in a few days

Directions

Apply to painful areas for temporary relief of muscle and joint pain.  Apply no more than 3-4 times daily. Store at room temperature. Children under 2 years of age, consult a physician.
