I understand this is a lotion not a cream, but it is very thin and the glide doesn't last long enough to perform your work without reapplying more product. Over time the lotion starts to pill up and becomes very gritty. I wouldn't recommend this product for the actual massage but maybe part of a hydrating body treatment.
