I have been using Biotone advanced therapy gel since 2008 or 2009. It is my go-to workhorse massage oil. Obviously I like the product (for many reasons), but I am sad to say that for about the past year (or two), that the gel has been clumpy and no matter how much I shake the bottle, whenever I pour out from the gallon jug into my smaller bottle, the clumps are to big and clog up the hole and I end up wasting product and making a mess. Have you changed the recipe? Is there a way to make it less clumpy? Is there some sort of ‘stir stick’ that is long enough to fit in the gallon jug to stir the clumps out? It’s quite frustrating and I’m sadly considering trying other options (after all these years). Thank you for asking for my feedback.
