Anne Bramham has been practicing since 1978 as a Certified Dr. Vodder School instructor, promoting MLD to spas, plastic surgeons and clinics, leading to opening one of the first US hospital Lymphedema centers. Anne founded ASTECC/Advanced Spa Therapy Education Curriculum in 1995 and Authored Cortiva’s spa curriculum, Plus, received American Spa’s 2019 Educator of Year.
Dale Alexander PhD, LMT has specialized in resolving Chronic Somatic problems since 1980. He’s Author of the Inside-Out Paradigm© and published over 100 articles for Massage Today. Dale was selected as 2016 CE Provider of the Year by the Alliance for Massage Therapy Education and inducted into the Massage Hall of Fame at the 2023 World Massage Festival.
