Did you ever play operator with a group of your friends? You know the game where one person says something then whispers it to the next person and so on and so on down the line. Ultimately it's up to the last person in line to broadcast the message to the group and invariably it's nothing like its original self.

 

The operator syndrome is why I am so very excited about today's new social media channels.Regardless of what tools you employ in your marketing toolbox, let's face it nothing is more effective than talking directly to your customers and having an ongoing conversation - even if it's virtual" to make sure you are hearing each other.

 

Today's social media makes it possible for us to keep "talking" directly to you not only about BIOTONE products and services, but also about the many things happening in our industry worth talking about. And the best part is you get to talk right back to us. I can't think of any more powerful communication tool short of getting on the phone and talking to each and every one of you every day.
